APC CHIEFTAIN TO NIGERIANS: BE PATIENT WITH TINUBU.                             

Nigerians have been urged to continue to be patient with the President Bola Tinubu Administration to perfect their well-being and prosperity in the face of the harsh economic realities currently being faced by them in the country.                             

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and National Coordinator of Neighbourhood Coalition, a burgeoning support group of the APC, Hon. Emmanuel Stephen Enang said in Lagos recently that the President needs more of the support and understanding of Nigerians now than ever.                                     

Enang maintained that with the political will so far demonstrated by the  administration to take Nigerians out of the current realities as expressed in the proposed Palliatives to assuage for the oil subsidy removal, Nigerians have to be a little bit patient with the administration to perfect on the arrangement.                     

The Neighbourhood Coalition Coordinator furthered that the idea of distracting the President with industrial actions and protests as initiated by some groups in the guise of agitating for quick fix of the economy does not hold waters.                       

"When a woman is pregnant and facing her season of discomfort,she has the hope of celebrating the joy of giving birth to the baby she carries. 

But she can't compromise that joy by desiring an abrupt end to the pregnancy because she is in discomfort. No,she has to be patient to allow the pregnancy run its full cycle.".                                

He emphasized that "soon Nigerians will forget the discomfort of the past especially as their comfort and joy of a better living condition births.".            

According to him, President Tinubu is planning a comprehensive welfare scheme that will bring massive prosperity in the country adding that currently, he needs the support and goodwill of all and sundry to   sustain the existing peaceful climate for an enhanced  development of the policy.                                  

The APC Chieftain used the occasion to admonish State Actors at the lower level of governance to preach peaceful coexistence amongst their subjects for sustainable peace and development of the country.                    

He appreciated the President for paying priority attention to concerns expressed by Nigerians regarding economic stimulus as witnessed in the recent review of the Palliative measures for a comprehensive coverage.
