National Coordinator of Neighbourhood Coalition, a burgeoning support group of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Emmanuel Enang has congratulated all Nominees for appointment as Commissioners into the Cross River State Executive Council.
It would be recalled that recently the State Governor, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu submitted to the State House of Assembly names of 26 persons to be screened for appointment as Commissioners.
Enang in a statement in Calabar,felicitated with the Nominees ahead of their appointments proper saying they are carefully chosen because of their track record of performance in previous public service engagements.
According to the APC Chieftain, expectedly the people of the state would want to witness the essence for their choice adding that they have to make the expected impact and bring progressive change in the polity.
Enang also urged the Commissioner Designate to brace up to align the People First Mantra of the present administration maintaining that they have to make the people of Cross River State their priority concern rather than ignore them in their affairs.
"On behalf of myself,my family and the Neighbourhood Coalition which worked tirelessly for the emergence of this administration, may I congratulate the newly appointed Commissioners,and charge them to make the difference this time by making the people of Cross River State their priority concern in their day to day running of the Government.".
He appreciated Governor Otu for a thorough scrutiny leading to the choice of the Commissioners Designate.
