Video Released: Brazilian Doctor Who Orally Raped a Pregnant Woman While She Was Giving Birth
A Brazilian anesthetist was caught on camera sticking his pencil in a pregnant patient's mouth during a C-section.
At the Hospital da Mulher in So Joo de Meriti, Rio de Janeiro, Dr. Giovanni Quintella Bezerra, 32, was secretly caught on camera orally raping a lady after heavily drugged her.
He was then taken into custody on accusation of rape.
In order to find out why his patients are frequently too weak to hold their newborns after surgery, hospital staff set up a covert camera. The camera recorded him in the act.
The doctor had performed two identical surgeries that day, according to staff members who filmed the rape; authorities are now looking into whether those two ladies were also the targets of an attack.
The doctor's custody hearing took place on Tuesday, July 12.
In Brazil, he is accused of r@pe and could receive a sentence of 8 to 15 years in prison.
